A step by step workshop learning all about the potters wheel and creating your favorite mugs! Beginner and advanced welcome! <div><br></div><div>April 12th-- It's time to throw down! We will focus on mug shapes--creating multiple forms suitable for drinking from. Each person can expect to create 3-4 mugs in this class. </div><div><br></div><div>Get a handle on it! We will talk about handle placement, shape, adding decorative elements, carving and stamping to create your own unique mugs! Your instructor may be adding handles the next day once mugs have stiffened up enough.</div><div><br></div><div>Mugs will need to dry slowly for one week after April 12th so that handles and bottoms don't crack. We will then place them in the kiln for their first firing, called bisque. We will text you when mugs are ready to paint! After receiving notification make a reservation from our website to paint your mugs!</div><div><br></div><div><font color="#cc0099">Ages 13+</font></div>
