MapYour Gold Birthday Party is our most valuable and popular party full of fun, variety and plenty of extras to make your party perfect! With this package your guests will be able to choose from a large variety of pieces to paint.
Your party of the YEAR includes:
- Free use of up to 2 HRs 45 of reserved party time in our VIP exclusive private party area. This allows plenty of time for your guests to paint, celebrate, eat and open presents!
- Free Unlimited use of our designated party paint colors.
- Party host that will assist with paint selection, serving and clean-up.
- Your birthday child & guests will be thrilled as they will be able to choose from our large variety of Party Package ceramic pieces.
- Complimentary use of our 50" Plasma Screen TV to play your own DVDs (great for themed parties).
- Choose any piece in the studio during your party to create your own Special & unique one of a kind pottery for you to keep as a memory of your event. Ideas include a handprint of the person celebrating, thumbprints of all your guests turned into cute faces, flowers, etc... or how about special messages written by each guest, or many more fun ideas. Need help... We can create a piece especially for you, let us know and for a small fee we take your idea and turn it into a masterpiece. If you don't have time to paint your piece during the party, don't worry, you can take it to go and come back any time to work on it! As our gift to you, Receive 20% off the piece you choose for this keepsake celebration piece. *price depends on piece selected, must be an additional piece, does not count towards minimum 8 pieces.

*2 slices of Cheese or Pepperoni Pizza per painter
*1 regular cupcake (either vanilla or chocolate& icing)
*1 juice boxes
- Optional access to decorate your party room as you wish (using paint friendly tape) 10 mins prior to your event.
- Minimum 8 painters
-Please bring in the cutlery for your own hygienic purpose.
Your party's pieces will be ready in 7 days.
Finished pieces will be wrapped and bagged separately and labeled with artist's name to be picked up and distributed by party host no exceptions.
Additional time is $50+tax per 1/2 hour (if available).
Color Me Mine is, as always, non-toxic, lead free and food safe. No apron required as all paint is water-based washing right off hands or clothes with water!
• MINIMUM NUMBER OF PAINTERS for Birthday pARTies
We encourage adults to join the painting fun as you may substitute adults/children to reach the painters minimum. Parents of painters invited to a party are encouraged to drop off and return to pick up their painter 1.45hrs later due to capacity.
• COMPLIMENTARY PERSONALIZED SPECIAL EVENT POTTERY
As a special thank you for sharing your great day with us, we will offer you a 20% discount on any additional piece of pottery you choose the day of your event. This is a unique one of a kind item, can be designed with a handprint or however your creative heart desires. What a great keepsake to remember your special day, your special guests and your special guest of honor. If you don't have time to complete your customized piece the day of the event, you can take it home and come back to complete painting it. Let the attendant know at the start of your party which piece you choose and 20% will be credited towards that piece.
• CONFIRMATION
Your pARTy is booked based on the number of participants you've selected. Should you need to to increase the number of guests attending feel free to do so by contacting us. Should you have less in attendance the day of, you are welcome to take the extra pieces home, or allow multiple pieces per participant. For Mega party bookings, you will need to have the final confirmation of attendees in 5 days prior to your event in order for us to accommodate for pizza, juice and cupcakes.
• FINISHED PIECE PICKUP
The party host will pick-up all the pieces upon presentation of your pick up slip. Pottery pieces are ready for pick up 1 week after completion. Glass is ready for pick up by notification only. All pieces are held in studio for 30 days.
• DECORATIONS
We ask that you use paint friendly tape and make sure you remain within the party time frame.
• ALLERGIES
Please report any allergies in advance. The cupcakes are not peanut free.
• COMPLIMENTARY USE OF THE DVD PLASMA SCREEN
Please ensure all DVDs are rated PG13 and under. Should you finish early this is a great way to keep your guests entertained.

• CHANGE OF PARTY PACKAGE
Should you want to switch your package choice, please do so in writing in advance at least 1 week prior to your booking.
Note: This event requires 1 day advanced booking!
CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY: All sales are final, no refunds will be issued. You always can reschedule your party if that day is available. $35 will be deducted for administrative fee when you cancel your party.
