CENTER POLICY

Please note your time STARTS whenever your reservation is

Example, if you reserve our strike package for 11am
Your 120 minutes of bowling 
BEGINS at 11am and ENDS at 1:00 pm

During your reservation, if you are planning on eating, opening gifts, have a meeting. This package is based only on 2 hours. As we suggest that maybe gifts be taken home to be open. That is not up to us to decide, as this is your package and your 2 Hour of rental to do as you see fit. If you end up having more guest show up for your booking than anticipated you are more than welcome to still have them bowl on your rented lane. Just keep in mind that the more you have on your lane the more it will BOGG down your frames being thrown. 

ARRIVING LATE

If you and or your group arrive late to your scheduled reservation. We unfortunately CAN NOT go past your scheduled end time. Our bowling shifts are on a very tight half hour transition in and out. During the winter months, holiday breaks we are extremely busy and as much as we would love to be able to accommodate you and your group if this happens, unfortunately we will not be able to go past your scheduled end time

 ADDING MORE LANE TIME

You can only add time to your lane based on lane availability.

If no other groups or reservations are coming in behind you, we would be glad to sell you additional time.

DECORATING

Our reservations are done with a 30minute transition between each group.

As we do allow presents, balloons, party décor. Just please keep in mind that setting up and tearing down will need to be done in a quick and very timely manner. Our staff will be cleaning the bowling and seating areas in between transitions of groups. 

OUTSIDE FOOD

NO OUTSIDE FOOD ALLOWED! We as a business provide this service to our customers. However; we do allow cakes, cupcakes, ice cream, etc., to be brought into our facility (we have a freezer available upon request). Additional snack items may also be brought in to offset your packages within boundaries. If you have a question on a food item please ask, as we are here to help make your party go smoothly!

Example: NO pizzas, subs, salads etc.

Our package includes generic napkins, paper plates and plastic cups. If you would like to bring any other paper goods for serving, please feel free to do so.

FOOD ALLERGY 

If any of your guest has a food allergy we will allow outside food to be brought in for that said guest. 

PIZZA DOUGH

Our pizza dough DOES NOT contain eggs or milk. Howeveer it DOES contain a tiny bit of WHEY 2ounces to 12.5 pounds of flour.

CONFIRMING YOUR RESERVATION

An email from smartfull@smartfullservice.com will be sent out to remind you to please call us three to four days in advance of your scheduled party to confirm your reservation and to give an updated count of those attending. This helps us determine the number of lanes needed for your group as parties fluctuate often. DROPPING LANES if your number of bowlers drop PLEASE CALL US to release any lanes you may not need. Doing this will hopefully help allow us adequate time to re-rent out that lane and also release you from being charged for a bowling lane you are not going to be using. If we are unaware, you will unfortunately be charged for any and all lanes used or not used.

This is important, so please make an effort to call. We will also calling you to be reconfirming your number of bowlers 1 day in advance of your reservation.

Assigned for parties of 55 or more.

Sometimes a group will grow or shrink. We understand this, but other parties may be booked on the same day and time. If your party grows, additional lanes may not be available. Your party can still bowl with a few more people on the lanes, but we do like to make customers aware of this when possible. Also, youth groups in particular are hard to get an accurate headcount of participants, so your cooperation is certainly appreciated. If you do not contact us with an approximate account of bowlers and your group drops drastically, you will be charged $40.00 additional for each lane not being used.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If your group needs to cancel, please cancel within the preceding 72 hours prior to your reservation. If your group does not call to confirm your scheduled upcoming event, “we have the right to cancel your reservation and book your lanes as we see fit” Please CALL 614-873-3411 and confirm your reservation, the number of lanes you have booked and the number of bowlers bowling.

PAYMENT

Full payment is required at time of your scheduled reservation. At this time Plain City Lanes does not require a deposit. We would like to continue this service to our guest. This can only happen with the help of everyone confirming their reservations. Plain City Lanes will take forms of payment by Cash, Credit Card, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay. When using a credit card there will be an additional 4% service charge on all transactions. All guest can avoid this charge by “pay cash and save”. Plain City Lanes unfortunately DO NOT accept personal checks
