Clay Play - Arty Clay Party (hand building only)

Allow up to 3 weeks for completion of your party pieces.</font></span></p></div><div><br></div><div>Clay Play – Clay Creations Clay Hand Building&nbsp;</div><div>o Each party package projects include 2 lbs. of clay, unless noted.&nbsp;</div><div>o Party Room Reservation Fee of $75.00 must be paid upon confirmation of party date; is non- refundable and is not applied to any package.&nbsp;</div><div>&nbsp;o All clay creations parties include a Creativity Café party host for one (1.5) hour.&nbsp;</div><div>o All pottery party packages include the use of our private party room for two (2) hours, party paints, pottery decorating supplies and glazing and firing.&nbsp;</div><div>o You will make and paint your clay project the same day. We will then fire it for you to come back and pick up.&nbsp;</div><div>o We use a low-fire clay to make the pots and paint them with underglazes. After the party we let them dry out and fire them in a kiln (please allow minimum of 2 weeks for finished product). Your masterpiece will be food, dishwasher and microwave safe.</div><div>o Instructor will teach an age appropriate clay hand building technique. During our hand building party painters will use slab, coil and pinch techniques to create and paint a ceramic project as indicated in party package.&nbsp;</div><div>o Wheel throwing/Handbuilding Combo Parties - Wheel throwing: Please note that wheel throwing is a skill that requires practice. Working on the wheel during parties is mainly for the experience. There is a possibility that the kids may not produce a piece while wheel throwing.
