If less than 8 painters have signed up for a class, Moscato's Masterpiece reserves the right to cancel the class. You will be notified 24 hours in advance if minimum is not met and rescheduling options will be offered. Moscato’s Masterpiece reserves the right to cancel a class due to severe weather. If severe weather strikes and classes need to be canceled for the evening or day, Moscato’s Masterpiece will notify you at least 4 hours prior to class time. You will be able to reschedule to another date. You will never be charged for a class canceled due to low attendance or weather.

If you should need to cancel a reservation please give us 48 hour notice so we have the opportunity to fill your spot. Reimbursement and rescheduling options will not be given to no-shows.

Teens 15 and older are welcome to attend any Moscato’s event unless otherwise noted. An adult must attend with teenagers who are 15 – 17 years old. Teens and children 8 - 14 are welcome to attend events with an adult at the adults discretion. If your child is younger than 8, please call and talk to Marilee to discuss whether your painter should attend or not. Moscato's will also host special kid-friendly events throughout the year when students are on breaks from school. Watch the Calendar for these special dates and specifics on attendance.

Acrylic paints are used to create your canvas. Aprons are provided to help protect your clothing. Acrylic paint will become permanent if allowed to dry. Moscato's Masterpiece is not responsible for damage done to articles of clothing or belongings before, during, or after a paint class, party, or other event held at the studio or at a Moscato's on the Move event.
