Adult (16+) 6 Week Clay Handbuilding Workshop-Wednesdays, 6:30-8:30, Starting June 5

<div>Join us for our first ever multi-week, adult hand-building clay workshop!</div><div>Instructor: Victoria Jones</div><div><br></div><div>Hand building is the art of creating objects out of clay without using a potter's wheel. There are several methods construction in hand building, including slab, coil and pinch pot.<br></div><div><br></div><div>Our hand building workshop will be project driven, while teaching the basic skills and techniques necessary to be successful. (please note, pictures are representative but may not reflect the actual projects).<br></div><div><br></div><div>Classes are perfect for both beginners &amp; students with some experience. Course includes instruction, tools, clay, glaze, and firings. The final week of the class is spent painting/glazing the pieces.&nbsp;<div><br></div><div>You can expect to create and glaze (paint) between 3-6 final pieces that you will take home after they have been fired. Pottery is expected to be ready to pick up roughly 2-3 weeks after the last day of the course.</div></div><div><br></div><div>Class is every Wednesday from 6:30-8:30 pm starting June 5th</div>
