Wheel-Throwing Experience

<div>To book your experience, you must pay your deposit. The deposit is 50% of the total of your experience, not including any optional gratuity, taxes, or reschedule surcharges. The remainder of your total will be due at the conclusion of your experience in-studio.</div><div><br></div><h2><font size="5">YOUR DEPOSIT FOR THIS EXPERIENCE IS NON-REFUNDABLE.<b>**</b></font></h2><div><font size="2"><b>**</b><i>Refunds are allowed in the case of a DOCUMENTABLE emergency. Please be prepared to provide any necessary documentation within 2 weeks of your cancellation. If this documentation is not provided within 2 weeks, you will be held to the terms of a no-notice no-show for your chosen timeslot, i.e. your deposit card will be charged. In the case of a natural disaster or equitable emergency, we will reschedule your experience at your earliest convenience or provide you with a refund if that is the best option for you.</i><br></font></div><div><br></div><div>For <i><b>Saturday Evening </b>(6:15-7:45pm)</i> timeslots, we will allow for one rescheduling with a 72-hour notice with a $25 surcharge at the conclusion of your experience. With less than a 72-hour notice, there will be a $50 surcharge at the conclusion of your experience. For no-shows without a notice, your deposit card will be charged in full for your remaining total, plus the $50 surcharge, with an 18% (of the original experience cost) gratuity for your scheduled instructor. Our normal hours of operation on Saturdays are 10am-6pm. You are considered a no-show if you do not arrive by 6:45pm. Regardless of your arrival time, your experience concludes at 7:45pm.&nbsp;</div><div><br></div><div>For <i><b>Saturday </b>(10am-6pm) </i>timeslots, we will allow for one rescheduling with a 72-hour notice with an additional $50 surcharge at the conclusion of your experience. With less than a 72-hour notice, there will be a $75 surcharge at the conclusion of your experience. For no-shows without a notice, your deposit card will be charged in full for your remaining total, plus the $75 surcharge.</div><div><br></div><div>For <i><b>Weekday</b> </i>timeslots, rescheduling is allowed up to 2 times within the calendar year. Should you max out your reschedules, or approach the end of the calendar year without fulfilling your experience, you will be granted store credit in the form of a gift card with no expiration that totals your paid deposit. For no-notice no-shows, your deposit card will be charged in full for your remaining total.&nbsp;</div><div><br></div><h3><b>By booking your experience, you are accepting these terms and conditions.</b></h3><div><br></div><div><font size="2">Please contact us directly at 504-835-4155 if you are interested in a date and time less than 2 weeks away.
