JUNIOR LESSON PROGRAM

<div>The Jr. Lesson Program offers personalized 30-minute sessions tailored to each players' needs, teaching entry-level skills to entry-level players.&nbsp;</div><div><br></div><div>Our Jr. Lesson Instructors, aged at least 15 years old, are equipped with the necessary expertise and enthusiasm to teach the foundational basics of baseball and softball.</div><div><br></div><div>Each lesson covers one of the following topics:</div><div><br></div><div>&nbsp;*Introduction to the Game*<br></div><div><div>&nbsp; &nbsp;- Basic rules, objectives, and equipment differences between softball and baseball.</div><div><br></div><div>*Field Positions*</div><div>&nbsp; &nbsp;- Roles and responsibilities of different positions on the field.</div><div><br></div><div>&nbsp;*Throwing and Catching*</div><div>&nbsp; &nbsp;- Proper technique and basic skills</div><div><br></div><div>*Hitting*</div><div>&nbsp; &nbsp;- Correct batting stance, grip, swing mechanics, hand-eye coordination and timing.</div><div><br></div><div>*Base Running*</div><div>&nbsp; &nbsp;- Technique, strategy and when to advance or hold.</div><div><br></div><div>*Fielding*</div><div>&nbsp; &nbsp;- Stance, footwork, glove positioning and practice drills.</div><div>&nbsp; &nbsp;</div><div>*Game Situations*<br></div><div>&nbsp; &nbsp;- Simulated scenarios and strategies.</div><div><br></div><div>*Safety*</div><div>&nbsp; &nbsp; - Importance of protective gear, stretching, hydration, sliding techniques and collision avoidance.</div><div><br></div><div>These lessons provide beginners with a solid foundation in softball and baseball fundamentals, preparing them for further skill development and enjoyment of the game.</div></div>
