Holiday Party at Color Me Mine

COLOR ME MINE - WAYNE

Book a private party for you and your business at our studio in downtown Wayne. 

 $200+ ceramics of choice+ tax/gratuity. 

  • Includes 1.5 hours in our studio ($100 for each additional half hour) for up to 25 painters. ( we can hold up to 30, each additonal painter will incur an $8 studio fee)
  • Minimum of 10 painters. 
  • Additional painters of more than 25, we will charge a studio fee of $8 per painter. 
  • You will pay a $100 deposit at booking. This deposit will be subtracted from your total bill on the day of the party. 
  • Outside food and beverages are allowed. You may order cheese pizza and cupcakes through us
  • WE DO NOT PROVIDE ANY EATING UTENCILS, PLATES/ FOOD/BEVERAGES FOR FREE

*You must let staff know day of event what your budget per painter is for pottery. You can also come in at least 24 hours before the party to choose items to paint. Have a theme in mind? Just let us know 2 weeks in advance and we will do our best to find the right pieces for your party! 

*Due to special limitations, we ask that you do not arrive more than 15 minutes early and only up to 4 non painting guests during party.

Can be booked during the week only. 
Your deposit is non-refundable, but can be used at a later date in case of cancellation. 


PLEASE NOTE:


$100 Deposit Required

  • A $100 Non-Refundable Deposit is required at the time of booking.
  • The deposit will be applied toward your final bill on the day of your event.
  • If it is necessary to change the date of your event; due to illness, family emergency or weather the deposit will be valid for a new date.

Minimum & Maximum Number of Painters

  • We require a minimum of 10 painters & a maximum of 30 painters for our party packages.
  • If you have less than 10 painters at the time of the event you will be charged for the minimum of 10 painters (at a $18 ceramic charge). You may substitute adults/children to reach the 10 painters.
  • Ceramics chosen are $18+
  • Due to space limitations we have a maximum of 30 people for each party. If you arrive on the day of your party with more than 25 painters, the additional painting guest(s) will be charged $8 studio fee+ ceramics 

Non-Painting Guests

  • Due to space limitations additional non-painting guests (i.e. parents of guests, grandparents, guest of honors parents, etc.) are limited to 4 non-painting guests per party, NO EXCEPTIONS.
  • Please make sure parents of guests are aware that this is a "drop-off party".
  • If you have a special circumstance such as very young children, disabilities, visiting family etc, please contact us so we can see if any alternate arrangements can be made.
Food/Decor
  • Party hosts can choose pizza, cupcakes, and water from our many add on options. We will order, serve, and clean up all food being served.
  • The host has the option of supplying their own food choices as well.
  • All paper and plastic ware needs to be provided by the guests, not Color Me Mine.
  • Drinks are not provided by us
  • No outside decor please. 
  • No confetti, stickers or any other damaging or messy decor

Gratuity

  • A 15% Gratuity will be added to your final bill.
  • The gratuity is based on 15% of the bill (not including food or tax).
  • No Separate Checks. We do not allow separate checks on children's parties or any To Go event.

Additional Time

  • You are reserving the party space for 1 1/2 Hours.
  • Please plan on arriving no more than 15 minutes early to set up and have 10 minutes at the end of the party to finish up.
  • If you go over this time you will need to purchase additional time in 30 minute increments for $100 per half-hour. If there is another party following yours you may not have this as an option as we need time to clean up for the next group.
  • If you would like to add an additional 30 minutes, please call the studio at 610-687-9777 so we can check availability.

Confirmation

  • Your booking confirmation email will be sent to you within 5 minutes of booking. 
  • Please call us to confirm any details of your event. 
  • If the number of your guests changes significantly (more than 5), please call us so we can make sure we can accommodate the additional guests.
Finished Piece Pick-Up
  • We will call you once all your pieces are packed. That is usually 7-10 days following your party.
  • Each piece will be individually packed with the child's name on the outside of the bag for easy distribution.
  • Please plan to have the party host or a designated person pick-up ALL the pieces.
  • We do not allow individual pick-ups - please make your guests aware of this policy.
  • We only hold finished pieces for 30 days
