Moving our initial visual explorations further and further into abstraction with attention to unusual painting tools and experimentation. Day one will be field studies and sketches on location (in fabulous Point Lobos Park) subsequent days will be spent in the studio, exploring the elements of abstraction using the studies as a starting point. Studies will be quick 8x10s and smaller. Abstractions will be 2020 to 2424. Skill level intermediate to advanced.
