Does your office need a fun and creative team building activity? Our Coffee Mug Switch is a great team building option.<div> </div><div>We can host your celebration at our studio (1) in our private party room which seats up to 35 guests; (2) The entire studio which  which seat about 60 guests and the party room usage for food and drinks; (3) we can come to your location and you can have as man guest as you can accommodate  (our travel min is 30 guests).  See additional details below.</div><div>How it works:</div><div><ul><li>Select the date and time for your event</li><li>Select the amount of attendees ( minimum of 10 for this holiday party package)   **  You will have the ability to up grade your mug from a basic  plain 10oz mug  in the addon section. </li><li>Select your Resource ( the location/Room for your event)  See How to select your resources in FAQ below</li><li>If you want to upgrade your mug exchange package  you will be able to do so before completing your.</li></ul></div><div> </div><div> </div><div>FAQ</div><div>What if I don't want to do a mug exchange for my team building?</div><div>We also offer canvas painting, and (select your own piece) Pottery Painting Parties as well .  You can visit these options  at <a href="https://www.cre8tvtcafe.com/" title="WEBSITE" target="_blank">https://www.cre8tvtcafe.com/</a> and look under parties and groups </div><div> </div><div>What if I have less than 10 attendees?</div><div>We also offer canvas painting, and (select your own piece) Pottery Painting Party Packages that are for up to 10 attendees.  You can visit these options  at <a href="https://www.cre8tvtcafe.com/" title="WEBSITE" target="_blank">https://www.cre8tvtcafe.com/</a> and look under parties and groups  </div><div> </div><div>How do I select the resource (the room/location of the event)?</div><div>We offer three options :</div><div><ol><li> Use of our Private Party Room - can seat 30-35 attendees cost $85 for up to 2 hours.</li><li>Use of the entire Studio - Can seat up to 60 attendees and includes the use of the private party room for food and drinks cost @150.00 for up to 2 hours.   Use of the entire studio does have a few restrictions:   (a) can only be scheduled before 1pm and after 6pm. (b) Must have a minimum of  40 attendees to rent the entire studio</li><li>We will come to your location, which includes the cost of a travel fee of $100  for up to 2 hours .</li></ol><div><div style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-size: 18px"> </div><div style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-size: 18px"> POTTERY MUG EXCHANGE PAINTING PARTY OVERVIEW o   Each party package has preselected price range, unless otherwise noted. o   Party Room Reservation Fee  must be paid upon confirmation of party date; is non- refundable and is not applied to any package.o   All pottery painting parties include a Creativity Café party host for one (1) hour to assist with paint selection and general painting guidance.o   All pottery party packages include the use of our private party room for two (2) hours, party paints, pottery decorating supplies and glazing and firing.o   You may select the same piece for your entire party or mix and match pieces within your selected package.  If no selection is made at least two weeks prior to your party, then on the day of your party you will have the option to select pieces from our current stock available in your party packages limits.o   You may bring cake, order pizza, etc.o   Feel free to decorate the roomo   Take your party extras with you and we clean up!o   We will call you when pottery is ready for pick up in about 10-14 days Cancellation Policy The Creativity Café realizes that “Life” sometimes gets in the way! We will do our best to work with you to rearrange dates and times, space permitting, to accommodate rescheduling requests, but if you have to cancel; the following applies: ·       If we are notified of cancellation 1 month in advance, we will offer a full refund of class/workshop fee.  No refund on registration fee, where applicable. ·       If we are notified of cancellation within 15 days, we will offer a full refund of class/workshop fee, minus a $10 cancellation fee.  No refund on registration fee, where applicable; and ·       If notified less than 15 days in advance of class/workshop fee, event no refund will be granted and amount will be converted to in-store credit for product purchase only (cannot be applied towards a party, or special events registration).    See Terms & Conditions tab for other Terms & Conditions</div></div></div>
